Pricing & Tariff Plans
Cancellations – You can cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel your plan, you will still have access to your account and the courses that you have completed for a 30-day grace period after the cancellation date. As well, you will retain access to the Senteo Online Community as alumni and a participant in The Senteo Learning Experience.
Upgrade/Downgrade. You can upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time. When the upgrade/downgrade takes place in the middle of the billing period, the first new payment will be prorated accordingly.
If you downgrade your plan before you have completed all the courses and/or certification programs purchased under that plan, you will lose access to the portions of the content that were not completed. If you wish to complete those portions you can send a request to education@senteo.net to obtain a payment link to satisfy the difference in price consistent with the terms of downgraded tariff plan.
If you upgrade/downgrade your plan, your usage report and your report card may be reset to zero. To prevent this, you may want to reach out to education@senteo.net before upgrading/downgrading your plan.
