Project Objectives
Transformation of Alfa Bank (also known as «Alfa 3.0»), was a set of over 30 work streams designed to guide the transformation from a product-centric to a relationship-centric business model for all business lines (Retail, SME, Corporate, Digital). The entire management team was involved in the transformation which became the main strategic objective for the bank from 2015 – 2018, followed later by a goal to double the size of the bank by 2022.
