After an unsuccessful launch of «Alfa Bank Express» format and significant losses, shareholders brought in Senteo as part of the management team of the bank in house to manage a complete transformation of the existing business including all new products, branch redesign, launch of their first smartphone banking application, front-line culture change, brand refresh, and new standards for communication.
