Ministry of Justice
Project Objectives

Creation of new centers for citizen service delivery with a major focus on a convenience, speed, and quality of experience for citizens. Each center was designed to provide a ”one-stop” experience for all services offered through the Ministry of Justice

Some of the Results
  • In a single integrated “Public Service Hall,” Georgian citizens can access services of the Civil Registry Agency, the National Public Registry Agency, the National Archives, the National Execution Office, the Chamber of Notaries, the Legislative Herald, and the Training Center of Justice
  • In 2012, the Georgian Ministry of Justice was recognized by the United Nations for reforms in the area of citizen services delivery which brought a dramatic reduction in bureaucracy and corruption. Several specialized and integrated “one-window type” institutions appeared in the country where citizens can access more than 250 services. Research proved that citizens believe this initiative has enhanced their lives and led to a reduction of corruption.
