The webinar series was organized by the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers & Retailers to keep an open dialogue with the members of the association during the current pandemic.

The participants discussed a range of topics from safety, preparing for re-opening, ways to differentiate and improve the quality of relationships online, and a grand strategy for reformatting shopping centers in the wake of new customer behavior and purchase habits.
