During the Business Zoom Program at the Stockholm School of Economics, Michael Ruckman taught the module on Marketing & Customer Experience for Entrepreneurs for participants from different industries and businesses of different sizes.
Covering topics on The Experience Economy, The Progression of Economic Value, Experiential Innovation, Customer Journey Mapping & Management, and Experiential Branding & Communications, Michael kept the group engaged with content, exercises, and discussion over the course of 1.5 days at the St Petersburg campus of the Stockholm School of Economics.
