On March 26th, Senteo, in collaboration with The University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), launched an innovative educational program titled “Strategy and Management of Transformation.” This program, led by Senteo’s founder and CEO, Michael Ruckman, and delivered by the executive education faculty, targets managers and specialists of state-owned businesses in Uzbekistan undergoing transformation and aiming for operational efficiency improvement.

The program is designed to foster a deep understanding of strategic leadership and management principles, the evolution of business models, and to guide the successful implementation of transformation projects.

Delivered onsite, the program includes live seminars and discussions featuring international best practice examples tailored to Uzbekistan’s specific context.

This educational initiative is particularly relevant as the Government of Uzbekistan is currently undertaking extensive reforms in state-owned enterprises to enhance the quality of life for its citizens.
