On May 7, 2024 the “Finance trends – FinTech and banks, anti-fraud, popularization of Islamic banking” conference, organized by the Association of Banks of Uzbekistan in partnership with CBATS, convened industry leaders and experts to discuss key topics shaping the present and future financial landscape.  

Founder and President of Senteo Michael Rakman spoke on the impact of leadership evolution and corporate culture, and  Ksenia Konstantinova, Director of Senteo for Central Asia and the Middle East, discussed the results of a three-year research study on customer experience in banking in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries (CEI). 

The conference featured an esteemed lineup of speakers, including representatives from Banking Associations of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Additionally, notable industry players such as OTB Bank(Hungary), NETinfo (Cyprus), BankCenterCredit (Kazakhstan) alongside representatives from leading technology firms specializing in AI, FinTech, and cybersecurity, contributed their expertise to the collective discourse.

The conference served as an excellent platform for discussing topical issues and sharing the best international experiences.
